This is my favorite top to wear at home lounging around, walking the dog, exercising-practically everything. The material is so soft and cozy. It's like being wrapped in a warm hug. I'm normally a large or XL at J Crew and the GAP or size 10/12, 144 lbs, 5'5" and the medium fit perfect. I wash in cold and hang to dry. Ordering another color today!
