Shipping & Returns

We offer free UPS/Fedex Ground shipping on all orders(within the 48 contiguous states) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

Exception: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return items for a refund within 30 days from when your order is shipped

We offer Return Protection to provide free returns to customers. Customers that take advantage of our Return Protection option will receive a prepaid label through our portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Return Protection

Return Protection is an optional add-on available for purchase at checkout. By electing to purchase Return Protection, the customer acknowledges and agrees that this add-on is a non-refundable, final-sale transaction. Once purchased, Return Protection cannot be canceled, credited, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused protection, order cancellation, or return of the associated order. The purchase of Return Protection is separate from and independent of any refund or return issued for the underlying order.

Please Note:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
• Items purchased from Mododoc.com are eligible for a refund if returned within  30 days of receipt of your purchase.   
• Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit

Final Sale items are non-returnable.
