People come in different shapes and sizes, so choosing the right size is rarely an exact science. But it’s worth spending a few minutes to get a really good fit.
Once you know your body measurements you’ll be able to order our clothes, confident that they’ll fit exactly as they should.

KNOWING YOUR OWN SIZE
Measure yourself with a tape measure, then consult the size charts.
We suggest taking each measurement two or three times to allow for errors. Try not to pull the tape too tightly or leave it loose.

CHEST
Measure the broadest part of your chest. With arms at your sides (as far as possible), measure under your armpits and around your chest and shoulder blades.

WAIST
Measure around your body where your waistband or belt normally sits.
